Foreclosure charge is calculated as a percentage of outstanding principal. GST is applied on the foreclosure charge where applicable.

Total payable equals outstanding principal plus foreclosure charge plus GST on that charge.

Worked Example

Example: If ₹8,00,000 is outstanding and the foreclosure charge is 2% plus 18% GST, the calculator separates principal, charge, GST and total payable.
